Not enough people working they had 5 tables and a 45 min wait. Food took over an hour and the manager was no help when the food was wrong.

Steak as perfect as always(cooked medium rare). Server LEANN was awesome and with a sense of humor and put up with us even after we talked about causing a diversion (inside joke) my mashed potatoes were terrific once the gravy was gone and it was drowned in butter😠my favorite steak that I order everytime is Outlaw med rare with extra spices yum hubby had salmon it was yummy too.. Now I am torn for next visit

We enjoyed our visit to LongHorn. The food was delicious and our server was top notch. The only negative was the hostess who didn't listen to our request concerning where we wanted to sit. Our server allowed us to move to another, more suitable, table. We will certainly be back. Good job!

Waited 5 to be seated. It was not busy. Waited another 15 minutes for waiter. He mumbled 'Hey'. So i order drink and food. Had plenty of time to think about. They were not busy! I get my entree 27 min later. Not my bread and not my salad. I still tipped him. They were not busy. Another person. The hostess seen this and did nothing. Said nothing. I'm just not sure what to think. They should re train under Gadsden, Al. What a high standard , so disappointed. I really enjoy my well earned meal once every now and then. NOT tonight. I said a prayer. Hope things get better.

Again the steak was cooked to perfection. Side salad with fruit a must. Loaded baked potato was perfectly cooked. Stafe was very efficient & friendly. Eating area very clean as was the the bathrooms. For the best tasting & cooked to perfection steak, a must place to go.âš“

Excellent perfectly cooked steak. My husband got the hamburger steak which he said was also very good. We got an appetizer which had shrimp and crab in a cheese sauce which was awesome.

Service was good. Daughter's steak was, in her words like (dried shoe leather) my burger was dry. And for the love of God please clean the carpets, the whole place smells musty

Food was served quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. Everything was seasoned well and served hot. Salads were fresh. Some silverware and appetizer plates were dirty but the server brought out new ones. Overall good experience.

Server wasn't the best, definitely not the worst though. Biggest turn off was the $20 I paid for a steak the tasted like I was eating rock salt with some spices thrown on it. Normally Longhorns is great, hope this was a rare issue and not what becoming

I didn’t catch our servers name but she was great on a busy day. My steak was overcooked and dry. I thought I’d play it safe getting a sirloin cooked medium but it was a bad idea. If you want a steak splurge for the ribeye or strip. The shrimp -crab dip was awesome with the fried flatbread! My fork was dirty.. It really grossed me out and almost ruined my appetite. The shrimp dip and customer service earned the 4 stars.

Absolutely fantastic food and workers. Had a lovely date here with my boyfriend but we barely saw our main server and we were sat next to an extremely large party with lots of loud children. We also had to wait a while for an actual table.

Ribeye steak was good, not 5 star, but good enough to go back again. No milk for deserts or kids was disappointing. Service was good for a party of 12.

Worst Longhorns visit I ever had. Seating policy was a joke. But worst thing was the filet steak. It was so over seasoned. So much pepper it ruined the steak. Finished 30 minutes ago and still can't get the burning sensation out of my mouth!

Savannah was amazing with great personal interaction skills. The mushroom appetizer was perfect and the steak and shrimp was outstanding. After a long week, it was nice to have a pleasant meal.

Our steaks were very tough and way undercooked, the potatoes were undercooked as well, and the bread was hard. The salad was good but it was also the only good part about the meal. I was upset because this was the first time I've ever eaten at Longhorn's and it was also my last.

If you are ever in Hattiesburg and want good food/dessert and excellent customer service, go by Longhorns and ask for Dixie! She is the BEST waitress I have ever had and she made us feel like we were right at home!

The only restaurant that offers only one side with the entrees. I had the 8oz flat iron sirloin with loaded mash. Could have been better if the entrees came with two sides.
